No. Company-owned and fully equipped installation vans and glass-rack trucks are assigned to installation leads. Foremen dispatch directly from our central yard with pre-loaded factory window deliveries.

What makes Z-bar retrofitting different from new construction windows?

Z-bar retrofit windows are engineered with an exterior flange that covers the old aluminum window frame completely. It eliminates the need to break or patch exterior stucco, preventing water leaks and avoiding drywall damage inside the home. Our installers love it because it provides a cleaner, faster, higher-precision installation.

How often is payroll issued?

All field installers and estimators are paid weekly every Friday via automatic direct deposit. Overtime hours are tracked accurately and paid in accordance with California labor standards.
